As the prime contractor we performed all management, quality control and safety oversight. In addition, we installed finishes and trim out of the facility. This included all kitchen equipment and the walk-in freezer/cooler units. This was in addition to multiple instances that were worked directly with the end user and owner to determine value engineering and alternate methods of delivery.

The Hill Air Force Base Clubhouse included a substantial controls, security, and fire alarm system. It was valued at over $450k, that included the removal of notifications, monitoring, and recording of all systems.
This building was submitted in an attempt to attain LEED Certification. On paper, it met all the requirements but was not officially awarded LEED Certification.
