Guardian Construction, Inc. is a certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), serving the federal government across the United States. As a licensed general building and engineering contractor, we complete work for the private and public sectors, performing design-build/new construction, interior and exterior renovations, and infrastructure upgrades on both vertical and horizontal construction applications.

In addition to usual project considerations such as schedule and quality, we are sensitive to special needs of our government construction projects—such as security, access control and threat protection, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and sensitivity to public visibility and integration. Security has been a particularly large focus of our projects. We have experience working at secure, fully operational locations and have completed projects at high-security, operational facilities without disrupting critical functions as well as at military bases, like Mountain Home Air Force Base (AFB), Hill AFB, and Fort Hood Army Base. Working on those installations, our team completed background checks and security training. Since being founded, Guardian has never had a security breach.
